Call For Presentations

On behalf of the Program Committee for the PACWEST Conference 2027, we invite you to submit your interest in delivering a technical presentation at this year's conference.  

To be considered, please provide the following by March 5, 2027:

  • Presentation title
  • Abstract summary
  • Presenter(s) name(s)
  • Affiliation(s)
  • Contact information, including email and  phone number

Important 2027 Dates:

  • March 5: Abstract summary, author, presenter information due.
  • April 23:  Information sheet will be provided to those who are selected.
  • May 3:  PowerPoint presentation due. Please note that there will be NO CHANGES accepted after this date.
  • May 27 & 28:  Presentations at Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
  • May 28:  Awards Ceremony at Gala Dinner.


Presentation Guidelines:

  • Duration: 20 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A (Exhibitor presentations 5 minutes).
  • Awards categories include:
    • Best Technical Presentation (Mill Paper), HR MacMillian Trophy, 1 complimentary registration for next year's conference
    • Runner-Up (open to consultants & researchers)
    • Best Novice Presentation
    • Best Student Presentation
    • Best Supplier Presentation


Notifications:

You will receive notification regarding the acceptance of your submission during the final week of March 2027.

***Presenters are required to register for the conference.***
