How to Register

Please complete the "Trade Fair" section when you register online, using the REGISTER NOW button. All exhibitors are required to register in the Supplier category for the Conference.  Please note that we have a limited number of booths so register early. 

​Guidelines & Information

All Personnel from exhibiting companies must be registered in the Supplier category and will be provided with identification as an exhibitor.

Booth Exhibitors will be provided with black pipe and drape (back and sides), 6' covered table, 2 chairs, and 110v power source. 

Booth Locations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of your paid registration. 

Exhibits need to be set up up 3pm on Wednesday, May 26th and the trade fair finishes at 11:30am on Friday, May 28th.  Booths must be taken down on Friday, May 28th by 2:30PM.

​Shipping Information

Confirmation of your booth number with shipping information, including the CBSA Letter of Recognition and Venue Information Sheet will be supplied by e-mail to all exhibitors closer to the event date.
